I'm a Jazz-Piano player from Berlin. After graduating as a "Nordic Master of Jazz" in Stockholm, I just moved back home :)

In my pieces and improvisations, you might hear early influences of classical music, as well as my inner connection to pictures, describing nature or places, and the importance of fantasie.
I explore and learn the language of jazz in playing with different musicians, and I enjoy the possibility of free communication and creating unique moments together. During my last years, as I've been travelling between Stockholm, Helsinki, Århus and Berlin, this was very possible to do.

For my masterproject was discovering the balance of being a composer and a flexible jazzmusician in the same time. I worked with two different trios, one playing my compositions (Tom Eddye Norden (b), Frederik Bülow (dr)), one playing standards in a spontanious and open way, mixed with free improvisations (Mauritz Agnas (b), Sebastian Voegler (dr)).

Some of my greatest motivators have been: Daniel Regenberg, Tim Sund, Julia Hülsmann, Gregoire Peters, Jiggs Whiggham, Jeanfrancois Prins, Richie Beirach, Ove Lundin, Ann-Sofi Söderqvist, Sam Yahel, Dan Tepfer, Jesper Bodilsen.

I have continuously been working as a piano teacher besides my studies. I graduated from the HfM Dresden with an artistic and a paedagogical diploma.
